Description Of Change
Verizon Business IT does a system application audit for all applications we support on a monthly basis. If a user has not logged on to the system in 30 days, the user profile is set to inactive and if not logged on in 90days, the profile is deleted automatically. We would like to receive user activity reports from Qwest to assist us in user management

8/15/07 Systems CMP Meeting

Mark Coyne-Qwest stated that IMA 23.0 is scheduled in April of 2008. Note: Kim Isaacs-Eschelon said that candidate number 7 - SCR121306-01 Enable the EOS Field on the Directory Listing Form is on the Commitment List for IMA 22.0. Peggy Esquibel-Reed-Qwest stated that we will remove that candidate from the IMA 23.0 list. Peggy Esquibel-Reed-Qwest stated that the Prioritization Instructions and spreadsheet candidate list are included in this attachment. She stated that there are 11 candidates on the list. She said that Qwest and the CLEC ranks each CR on the list by providing a point value from 1 through 11. Peggy said that the highest point value (11) should be assigned to the CR that Qwest and the CLECs wish to be implemented first. The next point value (10) should be assigned to the CR that Qwest and the CLECs wish to be implemented second and so on. The lowest point value (1) should be assigned to the least desired CR. Peggy stated that the total points will be calculated by the Qwest CMP Manager and the results will be distributed to the CLECs via mailout within 2 business days following the submission of the ranking. Peggy reviewed the timelines associated with prioritization: - Qwest Re-Distributes the Prioritization Form by 5 pm MT on August 20th - The Completed Prioritization Form will be submitted to cmpcr@qwest.com by 5 pm MT on August 23rd. - Qwest e-mails the Initital Prioritization Form by 5 pm MT on August 27th. - Peggy asked if everyone would like to provide their top 2 candidates. Kim Isaacs-Eschelon stated that their top candidate is #9 SCR062906-03 Allow End State Ordering for Resale POTS Service. Integra – no response Jeff Sonnier-Sprint said that he would send an e-mail with this information. Note: 8/17/07 - E-mail received from Sprint with top 2 candidates: 1. Change of usage of CCNA for Sprint on LNP Orders 2. Allow NP Bus Name on Residential Account TDS – no response Verizon Business – no response Sue Wright-XO Communications stated that she had nothing to share. Janet Harper-Bresnan Communications stated that she did not have anything to share. 11/15/06 Systems CMP Meeting

Mark Coyne-Qwest stated that the LOE for this CR is 300 to 500 hours and that this action item will be closed. LeiLani Hines-Verizon Business stated that she talked with Lynn Stecklein (Qwest) and said that they removed the HEET portion from this request. She said the Verizon Business will be using QORA and asked if we still needed to separate the IMA and CEMR systems. Mark Coyne-Qwest stated that we did need to separate IMA and CEMR. (See next action item)

10/18/06 Systems CMP Meeting

Susan Lorence-Qwest stated that this CR is in an evaluation status. She said that Qwest will provide a response in the November CMP Systems Meeting.

9/20/06 Systems CMP Meeting

Leilani Hines-Verizon Business stated that this request is asking for a user report that will determine which users have been accessing these systems or not. She said that after 30 days, if the user has not accessed the system, the user profile is made inactive. She said that in 90 days, the profile gets deleted. Leilani said that they had the clarification call last week and was told that this type of report already exists for CEMR. She said that per Steve Kast (Service Manager) that after researching this report that it does not exist. She said they are requesting this report for IMA, CEMR and HEET. Mark Coyne-Qwest stated that we will provide a response in the October Meeting. Bonnie Johnson-Eschelon asked if Qwest is still posting clarification meetings on the CMP calendar. Lynn Stecklein-Qwest said that we are but that sometimes it becomes a timing issue. She said that the CRPMs will start posting the clarification meetings immediately instead of weekly. Steph Prull-Eschelon asked if some type of flag could be sent to notify them when the calendar has been updated. (9/27/06 - Comments to minutes received from Eschelon - Qwest agreed to take that idea back to review. Bonnie Johnson-Eschelon stated that they would check the calendar daily.

Discussion Lynn Stecklein - Qwest summarized the discussion from the clarification meeting held 9/7/06. She said that CEMR provides usage reports that are available and could be requested throught their service manager. She said that these reports identified all users who have logged into CEMR and are sent out weekly. LeiLani Hines - Verizon Business stated that their service manager , Steve Kast (Qwest) advised that these reports were not available and to issue the CMP CR. She said that she would talk with him again regarding the CEMR report to determine if that would meeting their needs. She said that if it met their needs, she would revise the CR to exclude the request for CEMR. Connie Overly - Qwest that HEET is the Held Escalated Expedite Tool and allows customers to access the Web to obtain a current status on service orders that have delayed due facility shortages or other issues. She said that there is no existing user activity report. Lynn Stecklein - Qwest stated that Qwest will need to review this CR internally to be determine if this request can be met.

Establish Action Plan Lynn Stecklein - Qwest stated that this request will be presented by Verizon Business in the September 20th Systems CMP Meeting.

Justin Sewell - Qwest asked if Verizon Business was looking for a report that would show users that have logged into the system to track business functions. Pat Webb - Verizon Business stated that they were looking for a user activity report. She said that the SMEs from Verizon Business needed to be on this call but could not be reached Cathy Garcia - Qwest stated that usage reports for CEMR are available and could be requested throught their service manager. She said that these reports identified all users who have logged into CEMR and are sent out weekly. Denise Martinez - Qwest stated that she was not aware of any usage reports that existed for IMA or HEET and that IMA would have to make changes to accommodate this request. Lynn Stecklein - Qwest stated that the resource for HEET could not attend this meeting. She said that another meeting would be scheduled to further discuss this request.

Qwest has reviewed the information submitted as part of Change Request (SCR082806-01). Based upon the scope of this CR, Qwest is able to provide an estimated Level of Effort (LOE) of 300 to 500 hours for this IMA Change Request.

At the next Monthly Systems CMP Meeting, CMP participants will be given the opportunity to comment on this Change Request and provide additional clarifications. Any clarifications and/or modifications identified at that time will be incorporated into Qwest's further evaluation of this Change Request.

RE: SCR082806-01 User Activity Report for IMA/CEMR/HEET

Qwest has reviewed the information submitted as part of Change Request SCR082806-01. Based upon research that has been conducted following the Clarification Meeting (held September 11, 2006) Qwest is still examining the issue. Qwest will continue to research the problem and provide an updated response at the November Systems CMP Meeting.

At the October Monthly Systems CMP Meeting, CMP participants will be given the opportunity to comment on this Change Request and provide additional clarifications. Qwest is interested in the experiences of the CMP community as relates to this issue. Qwest will incorporate any feedback received at the next Monthly Systems CMP Meeting into further evaluation of this Change Request.
