Project Meetings

March 21, 2002 CMP Discussion: Connie Winston/Qwest indicated that the change request has been completed and that the archived reports are accessible on the web site. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon asked if the archived ones could be kept somewhere else (other than the 1 st page of the service delivery gateway) because the user who does the download is having trouble determining which files have already been downloaded. She indicated that it is cumbersome. AT&T noted that they are very happy with it. Connie Winston/Qwest noted that a CR would have to be opened so that options could be explored and presented to make sure that all CLECs would be in agreement with any changes. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon noted that if the change request as implemented is meeting the needs of the community, then there is no need to change it. CLEC community indicated that is was OK to close. Status changed to Completed.

11/15/01 November CMP Discussion: Qwest advised that this work can be done by the end of June 2002.

10/18/01: - Discussed at the October CMP Meeting. Carla/AT&T advised that the request is for an archival system on the web. No archival process is being requested for NDM at this time. AT&T is requesting reports to be available on the web for 30-50 days, then can fall-off the web. Qwest IT advised that this request's level of effort would be medium.

CenturyLink Response

March 1, 2002 - This request was implemented on February 28, 2002. The Loss and Completion Reports are archived on the mainframe for 30 days. They are available via the Service Delivery Gateway (SDG), a web pickup method of transport. The format for this transport method can be either a report format or a fixed flat file format. A CLEC must obtain a userid and certificate to access the SDG site via Internet. The security at the site limits the CLEC to only their designated reports. The URL for the Service Delivery Gateway is https://sdgate.uswest.com
