Currently Qwest does not have a flow through indicator on Firm Order Completion notices. (FOCs). It would be helpful for CLECs to know whether an order flows through or falls out for manual handling.

| July 18, 2002 CMP Meeting Discussion: This CR was completed with the IMA 10.0 Release. No CMP participants disagreed with the proposal to update this CR to Completed. 11/15/01 November CMP Discussion: Connie clarified that the request was for did it flow through or was it flow through eligible. CLEC's advised request was for did it flow through. Connie will get the definition corrected. Connie & Jeff advised that due to the low ranking from the vote, this may not make 10.0 but would be back on the list for 11.0 or could be a spillover for a point release. Alignment/Clarification Meeting 10:00 a.m. (MDT) / Friday 12th August 2001 Attendees: Carla Dickinson Pardee / AT&T Joseph J. Bradley / Qwest Peggy Esquibel-Reed / Qwest Melva Harris / Qwest Shon Higer / Qwest AT&T requesting a yes/no indicator on flow through to identify if FOC was Flow Through eligible. Requesting only for original FOC, not for subsequent FOCs. Interfaces - IMA Deliverables - Provide a yes/no indicator on flow through to identify if an original FOC was flow through eligible.

Bradley Shon Higer Melva Harris This letter is in response to your CLEC Change Request Form, number SCR100101-2, dated October 1, 2001, CR Title: Flow Through Indicator on FOCs. CR Description: Currently Qwest does not have a flow through indicator on Firm Order Completion notices (FOCs). It would be helpful for CLECs to know whether an order flows through or falls out for manual handling. Additional clarification was received from Carla in the Clarification Meeting that was held on October 12, 2001. AT&T is requesting a yes/no indicator on flow through to identify if the FOC was flow through eligible. This request is only for the original FOC, not for subsequent FOCs. Qwest Response: Based on the information from the Clarification meeting, the level of effort for this request is medium. This CR is an eligible voting candidate for Release 10.0. Sincerely, John I.
