| 11/29/01 - The RLDQ tool was presented in the Nov CMP meeting. Lynn Powers asked specifically about H88. Lane pointed out it exists on pg 19 of the users guide. A person intepreting this data would need to have a network background to interpret this data. All acronyms are industry standard acronyms. Karen asked if there is a key that they can use. Lane noted that there is not key in existence at this time. Jeff noted that these are standard enfineering terms. The job aide was written for people who use the RLDQ through IMA. Lane noted that the wire center piece will be added in the next week or two and will be on the Wholesale website in the next few weeks. This item will be put in CLEC Test status. 11/18/01 - Action Item was discussed in Oct CMP meeting. K. Stichter, Eschelon, Advised that the RLD references provided to them on 10/05 did not provide them with enough information about the data in the fields. Eschelon is looking for a 'cheat sheet' and/or additional information related to the Loop information makeup (i.e. Pair Gain System, etc). J. Thompson advised that the RLD Guide/Tool was just distributed and would like to hold a joint review of the Document/Guide to determine if modifications are necessary to fit the need. The review will be done at the Nov CMP meeting. A handout will be provided for the review that will include examples. K Stichter will also e-mail examples from Eschelon repair. 10/10/01 - A meeting was held with Kathy Stichter and Stephen Sheahan to determine if the information met Eschelon's expectations. Per Kathy, Eschelon needs additional information associated with the loop information makeup (i.e. Pair Gain System etc.). Lynne Subject: RE: RLD Tool Questions and response There may be a misunderstanding with regard to the request on the last bulleted item listed and contrary to Steve Sheahan's referral to the RLD data dictionary this morning....(I had already reviewed that .pdf file and did not find it useful) What I am looking for is further explanation, not of the data fields that are produced by the RLD tool, rather an explanation of the data that could potentially populate those fields. For example, I have attached an RLD example for our employee Rick Lewis. See attachment. One field, is called "F1MAKEUPDESC" I understand that field to be a description of the F1 facilities make-up. However the data in that field is: "26NL 0.100kf 24NL 11.707kf 26NL 0.675kf 24NL 0.340kf " I interpret this data to be 26 gauge non-loaded at 0.100 kilo feet, 24 gauge non-loaded at 11.707 kilo feet, 26 gauge non-loaded at 0.675 kilo feet and 24 gauge non-loaded at 0.340 kilo feet. I think this is a pretty good guess. However there are other fields where I cannot guess at the meaning of the abbreviations and acronyms in the field to make use of the data. For example: Field name: "F1LOADCOILTYPE" Field data: "H88" What is H88? Also, does it make a difference that I am not accessing RLD Tool through IMA, but rather through my digital certificate?
