Project Meetings

3/20/13 System Monthly Meeting Mark Coyne - CenturyLink said these CRs are associated with IMA Release 33 which was implemented on December 10, 2012. Mark we discussed these in February and were OK to close then but asked if there were any questions. There were none.

2/20/13 System Monthly Meeting Mark Coyne - CenturyLink said we would like to close these six IMA CRs that are associated with IMA Release 33 which was implemented on December 10, 2012. Mark asked if there were any objections to moving them to Completed status.

Kim Isaacs – Integra asked if any XML companies had migrated to the release and if there were some customers migrated, were there any problems.

Carrie Bousfield – CenturyLink said there were two customers on the release as of January 19 and said there were quite a number migrating on March 23. Carrie said there were no problems.

Kim Isaacs – Integra said based on that, she did not have any concerns with closing the CRs.

01/16/13 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne - CenturyLink said these six IMA CRs were associated with IMA Release 33 which was implemented on December 10, 2012. He said we would consider them in February for closure.

08/15/12 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink relayed that Change Request SCR10111-3IG had been revised and that the revised CR was posted to the Wholesale calendar. He said this CR is scheduled to go into the December 2012 release and that Denise Martinez – CenturyLink would be reviewing the updates.

Denise Martinez – CenturyLink said that though CenturyLink was committed to become OBF compliant, based on the size of the project, this CR had to be de-scoped. She said there would be more activity in 2013 releases. Denise then reviewed the forms and changes that had been made on the CR.

Kim Isaacs – Integra asked if the KEEP and REMOVE on the CR were the departures from LSOG 10.

Denise Martinez – CenturyLink said the KEEP and REMOVE indicate the changes to the CR.

Kim Isaacs – Integra asked if the LSOG 6 documents posted to the CenturyLink web will be changed to show they are based on LSOG 10.

Denise Martinez – CenturyLink said these new fields would be added to the current developer worksheets. She said the legacy Qwest fields that exist today will remain and these LSOG 10 fields will be added to what is there today. Denise said this will allow CenturyLink to slowly become OBF compliant. There is hope to gain speed on this next year but that what was presented in June had to be descoped somewhat.

Susan Lorence – CenturyLink said we would include a clean copy of the planned changes with the meeting minutes.

06/20/2012 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink stated that the first item on the list, SCR101111-3IG, has been revised and asked Denise Martinez to walk through the revisions.

Denise Martinez – CenturyLink advised that the title had been revised and that the CR would be LSOG Phase 1 and would focus on more than just the LSR and EU forms. Denise said that CenturyLink wants to align IMA with OBF LSOG 10 and identified the various forms that would be addressed. Denise said all of the fields that would be addressed are included in the CR. Future releases will include continued work but this phase would present more benefits in trying to be OBF compliant. The remaining available hours for IMA Release 33.0 will be used to complete this work. Denise asked if there were any questions. There were none.

Mark Coyne – CenturyLink stated that the LOE for the LSOG Phase 1 CR is 2200 hours.

04/18/12 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink stated that we are still waiting for LOEs on the three IMA LSOG CRs. Mark said the SMEs are continuing to analyze each form which is a huge project. They hope to be done within 30-45 days.

03/21/12 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink stated that we were still waiting for LOEs on the three IMA LSOG CRs though we hope to get them included in IMA Release 33.0. If necessary, CenturyLink will follow the late adder process.

02/15/12 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink stated that we were still waiting for LOEs on the three IMA CRs.

01/18/12 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said that we had hoped to have the LOEs for the three LSOG CRs. The LOEs will be shared when they are available.

Jeff Sonnier – Sprint asked for clarification around the CRs/LOEs that were referenced and whether they were for the whole year.

Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said that the CRs are for specific changes that CenturyLink wants to make. These changes are not targeted for the April IMA release.

10/19/11 Systems CMP Meeting Denise Martinez – CenturyLink presented the CR and stated that IMA is not current with the industry standard. She said the industry guideline CRs are being presented so they can be built upon in a certain progression.

There was a question in the Denver location regarding the wording that the update will align IMA with the OBF LSOG 1Q10.

Lee Gomez - CenturyLink said that OBF publishes by quarter now vs. the previous numbering approach. Denise Martinez- CenturyLink said the team has done a lot of analysis and for all forms, there were 161 fields to determine how to incorporate and whether they will be used in a particular release. Bonnie Johnson – Integra stated that this would probably be a big release when considering both LSOGs and Developer Worksheets.

Denise Martinez – CenturyLink responded that it may or may not be as there were only 10 fields on the LSR form and 3 on the EU form that we currently don’t have today. Denise said on the HGI form, there were no fields that would be impactful but some of the rules and usage might change. The other one is the DL that had 4 fields that we don’t have.

Mindy Chapman - Neustar said that there were many CenturyLink-specific fields and questioned whether they would remain.

Denise Martinez – CenturyLink responded yes. They were in order for us to do business the way we had done in the past. A possibility is that some of the CenturyLink-specific fields might be included in the new OBF fields. If not, they would remain as today. Denise said the goal is not to make this impactful.

Mindy Chapman - Neustar asked if the goal was to become more OBF compliant.

Denise Martinez – CenturyLink stated yes, that it had been the intention of CenturyLink to do this for some time, but other business needs took a higher priority.

Mindy Chapman – Neustar asked if there was a reason why only these four LSOGs were chosen.

Denise Martinez – CenturyLink replied that we would eventually look at all of them, but these were the most frequently used so CenturyLink chose these as a starting point.
