5/16/02 CMP Systems Meeting Kathy Stichter/Eschelon said that she would like to leave this CR open because she has not seen a report yet. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon asked if there had been reports generated and they are just not getting them or have there not been any generated reports as yet? Michael Buck/Qwest said that this CR will remain in CLEC test until June CMP meeting. Kathy Stichter/Eschelon provided email that the reports are to be sent to. (qwest.repair.reports@eschelon.com.)

The purpose of the call was to clarify SCR102901-1 dated 10/29/01with Eschelon. Review of Response Description of Change: Eschelon asks Qwest to develop and distribute an accurate monthly report of all tickets enteres into CEMR by Eschelon. The report needs to breakdown the number of tickets entered each month by category. One for resale (non-design) and one for UNE Loop (design). K Stichter advised that the report needs to include just the count of tickets and no other detail. The report would breakdown the count by design and non design and would be requested monthly. Qwest asked Eschelon what type of format would be required. K Stichter said that an e-mail with the counts would work.

January CMP meeting 1/17/02 SCR102901-1 Qwest to develop and distribute a monthly report of all tickets entered into CEMR by Eschelon AI Number 3 Determine method for CLECs to receive new CEMR report: Dan Busetti/Qwest discussed CLEC’s contacting their service manager’s to request the report. The targeted implementation date is March 31, 2002. The CEMR User Guide will also be updated so that they can see that this report will be available. The CEMR User Guide will also state that they need to contact the service manager. Reports will be on a weekly basis. Kathy Stichter/Eschelon asked if as of March 31st, they are to contact their Service Manager for the report? Michael Buck/Qwest responded that Eschelon just needs to provide their email address to Lynn Stecklein. All other CLECs will need to contact their service manager’s. Michael Buck/Qwest advised that the status for this Action Item will be Closed.

This letter is in response to your CLEC Change Request Form, number SCR102901-1, dated October 29, 2001, CR Title: Qwest to Develop and Distribute a Monthly Report of all Tickets Entered into CEMR by Eschelon. Per the CMP meeting on November 15, 2001, the requirement for monthly reports has been changed to weekly reports.

CR Description: Eschelon asks Qwest to develop and distribute an accurate weekly report of all tickets entered into CEMR by Eschelon. The report needs to breakdown the number of tickets entered in each week by category. One for resale (non-design) and one for UNE loop (design).

High Level Requirements: R1:Qwest shall develop a weekly report listing all trouble tickets entered into CEMR by Eschelon. R2:The weekly report shall contain only the Eschelon tickets for the week and no other data such as date tickets were created, status, etc. R3:The weekly report shall provide a count of the number of tickets entered into CEMR by Eschelon and be categorized by Resale: Non-Design UNE-Loop: Design R4: The weekly report shall be identified with the week and year. R5: The weekly report shall be distributed to Eschelon via email. R6: The weekly report shall be provided in a standard business application (e.g., Microsoft WORD, Excel, etc.). Qwest Response: Based on the information noted above, this CR has been determined to have a small level of effort. As discussed in the monthly CMP meeting on November 15, 2001, the CEMR system archives ticket information for a week. Qwest proposed that the report be provided on a weekly basis. Eschelon replied that weekly reports would be acceptable. The implementation date for this change request is to be determined.
