Description Of Change
Update CEMR Repair Call Expert (RCE) for Non-Design ticketing PHYSICAL trouble shooting flow. Currently when reporting trouble with drop wire you are required to put additional information into the narrative to advise if it is Arial Service Wire (ASW) or Buried Service Wire (BSW), the selections will be updated so the user can select ASW or BSW. This will populate the information into the trouble narrative.

Mark Coyne-Qwest stated that this CR was completed on 12/21/07 and that we were looking to close. There were no objections to closure of this CR.

December 12, 2007 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Susan Lorence-Qwest stated that the targeted implementation date for this CR is 12-21 and and will move to CLEC Test.

RE: SCR110707-01-CEMR Update for generating trouble reports relevant to Drop Wire Qwest has reviewed the information submitted as part of Change Request (SCR110707-01). Qwest is able to provide an estimated Level of Effort (LOE) of 25 to 50 hours for this CEMR Change Request.

At the next Monthly Systems CMP Meeting, CMP participants will be given the opportunity to comment on this Change Request and provide additional clarifications. Any clarifications and/or modifications identified at that time will be incorporated into Qwest's further evaluation of this Change Request.
