Qwest has reviewed the information submitted as part of Change Request SCR11052905-01IG. Based upon the scope of this CR, Qwest is able to provide an estimated Level of Effort (LOE) of 700 to 1500 hours for this Wholesale Billing Interface Change Request.

Qwest has reviewed release schedules and development timetables and is targeting this Industry Guideline request, SCR120503-01IG, for deployment on April 6, 2006.
