• A new edit for the SI field on the SALI form states that if AFT = E, SI field is required

• New edits for the SPOT field on the SALI form state:

o SPOT is required when AFT = E

o The CLLI code populated in the SPOT field will be validated against the LERG unless the ASE-EC is populated with a non-company value.

• New edit stating if the ASC-EC field is populated on the Access Service Request (ASR) form, it must match the value populated in the ICSC on the ASR form

• New field is being added to the Confirmation Notice (FOC). The new field is Network Facility Requirement (NFR).

• A new field is being added to the Ethernet Virtual Connection (EVC) form. The new field is Ethernet Virtual Connection Meet Point ID (EVCMPID). This field is required when the ASC-EC is populated for Switched Ethernet

• A new field is being added to the ASR form. The new field is Jointly Provided Ring (JPR). This field is prohibited when the REQTYP is not “S” or “E” and the ASC-EC is not populated.

• The following fields will be prohibited on the ASR form when the ACT = D:

o LUP

o FNI

o RFNI

o PSL

o PSLI

03/21/12 Systems CMP Meeting Under Attachment J Susan Lorence – CenturyLink stated that Item 15, the CORA release, deployed on Monday, March 19, 2012 and has been moved to CLEC Test. It shows in Development because the package was created before the production deployment.

12/14/11 Systems CMP Meeting Anne Robberson – CenturyLink presented the Change Request as it was defined in the document included in the meeting package.

Julia Redman-Carter – Windstream asked when (12/22/11Updates received from Windstream in CAPS) CLECS [delete THEY] would be getting detailed information regarding the [insert ASR] changes they would need to make to their system. Julia said they want to be able to respond SOONER THAN LATER BEFORE CHANGES ARE FINALIZED BECAUSE [delete SHE SAID] there is so much automation. [delete SHE] She needs to understand if a particular issue is a major one or not and does not want to have to wait UNTIL [delete ON] responses ARE FINALIZED AND CHANGES CANNOT BE MADE.

Susan Lorence – CenturyLink advised that the Draft Tech Specs would go out on January 6, 2012 and the walk-through would occur shortly thereafter and that the date of the walkthrough would be included in the meeting minutes. Susan said the release date would be March 19, 2012.

NOTE: As identified during the CMP monthly meeting, the CORA Walkthrough is scheduled for Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at 10 AM MT.

Anne Robberson – CenturyLink asked if there were any more questions. There were none.

Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said if there are questions prior to the draft tech specs being distributed, they should be sent to the CMPCR@centurylink.com mailbox.
