  • Account Notifications — A text-message notification campaign that sends account information alerts and reminders that include relevant information to Account owners.

  • Service Offers — A text-message notification that sends service offers and notifications when new services and/or upgrades are available.

And/or

  • CenturyLink Service Notifications — A text-message notification campaign that sends Service and Repair event notifications and reminders that include relevant information to Account owners.


I understand that I am not required to sign this consent, and that signing this consent is not a condition for me to purchase any product or services from Quantum Fiber.  I consent to the use of automated texting platforms for these messages.  I understand that standard message and data rates may apply.

Even within a coverage area, factors beyond the control of your wireless carrier may interfere with message delivery, including the customer's equipment, terrain, proximity to buildings, foliage, and weather. You acknowledge that urgent alerts may not be timely received and that your wireless carrier does not guarantee that alerts will be delivered.

Internet Service Offers — A text-message notification that sends internet service notifications when internet service and/or speed upgrades are available.


CenturyLink Service Notifications — A text-message notification campaign that sends Service and Repair event notifications and reminders that include relevant information to Account owners.
