Monitoring the status of a user

As an administrator, you can allow users to monitor the status of other users with their busy lamp field. If a team member is on a call and receives an incoming call, the call can be answered by another user, so the call won't go to voicemail.

To monitor the status of a user:

  1. Click the Numbers tab.
  1. On the row of the number you want to edit, click Actions > Edit User Features.
  1. Click the Monitoring tab.
  1. For a user to receive a notification that the number on the list has a parked call, select the Call Park Notification checkbox.
  1. Click Save.
