Setting outbound calling permissions at the group level

As an administrator, you define outbound call settings at the group and individual user levels. In most cases, users will use group calling permissions; however, you can customize outbound calling permissions at the user level.

To set outbound calling permissions for the group:

  1. Click the Numbers tab.
  1. On the row of the number you want to edit, click Actions > Edit User Features.
  1. Click the Calling Permissions tab.
  1. To use the group settings, deselect the Use custom settings checkbox if it is selected.

Currently, none of the Special Services and Premium Services are supported.

  1. Click Save.
