If a tech's been out working on your service, you could have a temporary, orange line strung across your yard. We realize you may be wondering when someone will be out to finish the job. We apologize for any delay. Sometimes things like bad weather or locating underground obstructions (e.g., electrical lines, water pipes, sprinkler systems) can slow things down.
If it's been more than 14 days or the temporary line has been damaged, call us at (800) 573-1311 and report the problem.
When you speak with the repair agent, you will be asked:
- Your name and phone number
- Your service address
- Date temporary line was installed
- Status of the line
- Hazard or inconvenience?
- Damaged or at risk of being damaged?
- Any other relevant information
