Use this table to find explanations of error messages in IMA. Most of the error messages tell you what you need to do. For some of the more difficult error messages, however, the table expands on what has gone wrong and what you need to do next.

To find an error message, search for the first word in the error message (including words such as "an" and "the"). If the error message begins with a variable—for example, <activity type> or XXXX—search for the next word in the error message.

A blocking value has been selected that must be used in combination with other blocking values.

Follow these blocking rules and try again:

1. If BLOCK = D, select E and F.

2. If BLOCK = E, select D and F.

3. If BLOCK = F, select D and E.

4. If BLOCK = K, select M.

5. If BLOCK = M, select K.

6. If BLOCK = Q, select D.

A combination of blocking values has been selected that cannot be used together.

Follow these blocking rules and try again:

1. If BLOCK =A, do not select B or C.

2. If BLOCK = B, do not select A or C.

3. If BLOCK = C, do not select A or B.

ACT or LNA contain invalid values for EUMI=Y  
Agent ID not found The Agent ID (the corporate ID you entered for your agent) doesn’t match the corporate ID for any current CLEC. Please check the Agent ID and correct it if necessary.
Agent ID not valid The agent ID (the corporate ID you entered for your agent) doesn’t match the corporate ID for any current CLEC. Please check the agent ID and correct it if necessary.
Agent ID row must be highlighted to remove Select (highlight) the agent in the Agent IDs list, then click Remove Agent.
Agent ID will be removed on the date shown. Can not remove it again This agent has already been removed, effective on the expiration date shown in the Agent IDs list.
Agent Relationship already exists, can not add multiple relationship with the same agent. The agent you’re trying to add is already your agent.

AHN can only be populated if SASN begins with Comma or '@'

If you want to fill in the AHN field, you need to type a comma or at sign (@) as the first character in the SASN field.

AHN cannot be populated if SANO is populated

An exact match CSR was not found for this AN/Custcode or WTN.

IMA is unable to retrieve the CSR information you want.

Retrieve the CSR manually from the PreOrder menu.

An exact match CSR was not found for this AN/Custcode. Return to Pre-Order and select a CSR.

You did a Recap, but it didn't fill in the AN field. Either fill in the field manually or retrieve a full CSR from the PreOrder menu.

AN field not valid when Activity = N.

The AN field must be blank if ACT is N and the REQTYP is AB.

Verify that you've selected the ACT and REQTYP you want. If you have, leave the AN field blank.

An invalid Blocking value and USOC combination exists
