Locating the Name of your CenturyLink Local Exchange Carrier
The "Information About Your Account" section of your monthly billing statement lists your CenturyLink local exchange carrier providing service at your address(es). If you have multiple CenturyLink service providers or to locate the name of the CenturyLink local exchange carrier providing service at a Service Address in your contract, look for the NPA-NXX in the first column of the linked spreadsheet. The NPA-NXX is a number consisting of an Area Code plus the first three digits of the telephone number.
- If you receive Service from CenturyLink and your NPA-NXX is not listed, the local service provider for your area may be Qwest Corporation, an affiliate of CenturyLink. You may confirm that Qwest Corporation is your provider by reviewing your invoice. Qwest tariffs and catalogs are available through this website.
- The NPA-NXXs are only those assigned to CenturyLink. NPA-NXXs associated with numbers ported from another carrier are not included, and you will need to locate your specific CenturyLink service provider through other means.
- CenturyLink will attempt to keep the information provided through this site timely and accurate, but we make no guarantees, and disclaim any warranty or representation about its accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or appropriateness for a particular purpose.
