Some tariffs, schedules, and terms and conditions may include the names EMBARQ or CenturyTel. For an interim period until all work is done to update systems and platforms related to the combination of EMBARQ and CenturyTel, the names EMBARQ and CenturyTel may be used in association with certain products and services provided by CenturyLink.

    • Effective December 1, 2011, tariffs for CenturyTel of Adamsville, Inc., CenturyTel of Claiborne, Inc., and CenturyTel of Ooltewah-Collegedale, Inc. were withdrawn in accordance with the provisions of T.C.A. Section 65-5-109, enacted May 21, 2009. Terms, conditions, and rates for detariffed services no longer subject to regulation under jurisdiction of the Tennessee Regulatory Authority can now be found in Guidebooks at www.centurylink.com/tariffs.
    • Effective February 1, 2012, tariffs for CenturyTel of Central Wisconsin, LLC, CenturyTel of Fairwater-Brandon-Alto, LLC, CenturyTel of Forestville, LLC, CenturyTel of Larsen-Readfield, LLC, CenturyTel of Monroe County, LLC, CenturyTel of Northern Wisconsin, LLC, CenturyTel of Northwest Wisconsin, LLC, CenturyTel of Southern Wisconsin, LLC, CenturyTel of the Midwest-Kendall, LLC, CenturyTel of the Midwest-Wisconsin, LLC, CenturyTel of Wisconsin, LLC, and Telephone USA of Wisconsin, LLC were withdrawn in accordance with the provisions of Wis. Stat. 196.191. Terms, conditions, and rates for detariffed services no longer subject to regulation under jurisdiction of the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin can now be found in Guidebooks at www.centurylink.com/tariffs.
