Your Referral ID
Make sure they add your Referral ID when placing their order. It cannot be added after the purchase.
TIP: Customers will see the text field to enter your Referral ID in the Contact Information form.
Receive your rewards
Each time you make a referral that results in a sale consistent with Referral Program Rules, you will earn a reward on your reloadable card (or by check if applicable). Rewards are processed twice a month, around the 1st and 15th of each month.

Frequently asked questions
Who is eligible to participate in the CenturyLink Community Referral Program?
Employees of a multi-dwelling unit community and management companies under contractual agreement with CenturyLink are eligible to participate. The exception is ON and InstanLink Properties, which are not eligible currently. Current CenturyLink employees and extended family members not eligible to participate.

How do I enroll in the CenturyLink Community Referral Program?
Enroll online at You must agree to program terms and conditions to participate.

How can I track my referrals?
You can track your referrals at or by calling program headquarters at (888) 285-6808.

When will I receive the reward?
The reward will be sent to you once you have a qualified sold referral. You can start making referrals through this program at any time after you enroll. If enrolled as an individual, you will receive the reward on a reloadable rewards card. If enrolled as a business, you will receive the reward as a check. Award is mailed to the address on file.

Is the reward card a credit card?
The reward card is not a credit card, nor is it an extension of credit from CenturyLink. By using the card, you acknowledge that you agree to the cardholder agreement and program terms and conditions.

How do I use the reward card?
Value is added to the card twice a month (approximately the 1st and 15th of the month). Once this occurs, you can use the value virtually anywhere in the U.S.

How will the reward value be taxed?
At the end of the year, you will be mailed a 1099-MISC form for earning amounts valued at over $600.

How can I check the reward card balance?
Visit and enter the card number or call the number on the back of the card to use the automated system.

How do I report a lost or stolen card?
When you receive the card, you must record the customer service number on the back of the card and the card number itself and keep them in a safe place. Should the card become lost or stolen, immediately contact Customer Service at the number listed on the back of your card or 1-877-277-0956. You will need your card number when requesting a replacement card.

What do I do if there are reward dollars on my card that are about to expire?
You must spend the balance of the card prior to the expiration date.
