Some customers can cancel their service by signing in to My CenturyLink and if you are eligible, you’ll see a green "Disconnect Service" button on the Home screen. All other customers, please contact us to cancel.

You can find your account number on your bill, on My CenturyLink, and in the Welcome Letter or order confirmation we sent you when you ordered service.

If your account has been suspended for non-payment, there are two ways to pay and get your service restored: Pay online or pay by automated phone system. If you’re unable to pay your bill in full, you can make payment arrangements.

You can move your CenturyLink service to a new address by activating service in your new home before disconnecting the service at your old one. Talk to an agent to schedule your installation and arrange the transfer.

Use the Service Appointment Manager tool to view, reschedule, or cancel your technician appointment. If you think you need a repair appointment, you can start with our Troubleshooter to check for outages, open tickets, and other issues.
