How to redeem or check balance

Visit the CenturyLink Rewards site to redeem, track, contact customer service, and get your questions answered. Use the links below to do the following:

 

  • Redeem a CenturyLink Rewards offer using the instructions that were sent to you by email or mail.

  • Track your CenturyLink Rewards status.

  • Contact Rewards customer service. This is separate from the main CenturyLink customer support.

  • Check the balance of your CenturyLink Rewards card.

Rewards FAQs

CenturyLink Rewards are offered as targeted limited-time promotions for select customers for choosing CenturyLink service.

To redeem your reward, you will need:

  1. The offer code included on the email or postcard sent to you
  2. Your CenturyLink account number
  3. Your email address to receive reward status updates

Your code can be found on the enrollment invitation you received via email or postcard 3 to 4 weeks after your eligible service was activated.

Once you redeem online or we receive your reward submission, your reward will arrive 4 to 6 weeks after you have redeemed online, made your first payment, kept your account active and in good standing and met all eligibility requirements.

Go to the Track page and choose from the available search options: 

  • Name and ZIP code
  • Account number
  • Tracking number


You should see detailed information on the progress of your submission.
