Change Wi-Fi SSID & security key

The SSIID and key/passphrase are used to connect wi-fi devices to your modem. You can change the default SSID and key/passphrase to something easier to remember.

These steps work for newer CenturyLink modems. If these steps don't work for your CenturyLink modem, go to the modems and routers page, select your modem, and look for the "wireless section".
