Interstate Services Fee (ISF)

CenturyLink charges this fee when our residential customer chooses one of our long distance plans. It does not, however, apply to international long distance. The fee is applied as a single charge per account.

Who gets the money?

This is used by CenturyLink to recover some of the costs of offering long distance service.

Also called:

  • National Access Fee
  • Presubscribed Line Charge
