We have recently updated our email system. If you have not yet signed in since the update, please note that you will be asked to provide your email and/or mobile phone number for easy password recovery. Just follow the steps to do this and then enjoy your new email experience.

Note: Windows 8 email does not support third party POP3 email accounts like CenturyLink. If you are using Windows 8, you will need to check your CenturyLink email through the web portal — CenturyLink.net

Like many free web-based email services, unused CenturyLink email accounts are deactivated after a certain amount of time. To keep your CenturyLink email active, be sure to log in at least once a year. Accounts with no activity for more than a year will be deactivated and all contents deleted.
