A brief service interruption may occur overnight as we transfer your account. In the morning, you’ll wake up to Quantum Fiber.
Please note: If you do lose internet service following the transfer, you may need to reset your modem and wait a few minutes as it connects to the Quantum Fiber network during the boot-up process.
As a CenturyLink Fiber prepaid customer, you pay in advance for each month’s service without receiving a traditional bill in the mail. Quantum Fiber is also a prepaid service, so that makes switching easy. We will process your first payment to Quantum Fiber on the same date your CenturyLink Fiber payment would have been paid. In other words, your monthly payment will continue to be processed on the same day of the month as always. You’ll receive your last CenturyLink bill the month prior to switching to Quantum Fiber.
