SIMPLE users tab for administrators

As a SIMPLE portal administrator, you have all the tools you need to manage your users and stations:

 

Manage users: set up a new user, add multiple users, reset a user’s password, update a user profile, reboot a phone, change calling permissions, change a phone assignment, and remove a user.

 

Manage calling features: Change Call Waiting or Call Forwarding settings.

 

Manage voicemail settings: Turn it on or off, choose a greeting, turn the indicator light on or off, turn alerts on or off, set the number of rings, and reset a PIN.

 

Turn User Intercept on and off

 

Add and remove mobile and PC applications

 

View the number of stations available

 

View the upload results of a CSV file

Many of these actions can also be done from the numbers tab
