Verizon and CenturyLink combined billing discontinued

If you previously received a combined or bundled bill for your Verizon and CenturyLink services, you will now receive separate bills. You can find answers to some common questions about this "unbundling" billing change below.

Separate billing began in April, 2021. Over the course of February and March, 2021, customers should have received notice in the mail about this change from Verizon Wireless, as well as bill inserts from CenturyLink.

Effective immediately, you need to pay your Verizon Wireless bill and your CenturyLink bill separately. You should receive your Verizon Wirless bill directly from Verizon. Note that your Verizon bill may now have a different due date than your CenturyLink bill.

If you have not received a bill from Verizon, we recommend you contact Verizon customer service to inquire about your bill balance and make sure they have your current contact information.

If you are enrolled in CenturyLink Autopay, this service will continue. You don't need to change anything — however, only your CenturyLink bill will be paid through AutoPay.

If you would like to pay for Verizon Wireless through automatic payments, you will need to set that up directly with Verizon. You can visit the Verizon support site and sign in to access details about setting up autopay.

If you received a service discount or "Bundle Savings" when you signed up for combined billing, you will continue to receive the same discount on your CenturyLink bill, even after the bills are de-bundled.

No, at this time CenturyLink is not offering a wireless phone service.
