If you've already paid in full online, at a payment center or by mail, still contact us because, if we hear from you, we can get your service turned on even faster.

When you contact us, we make a note in your account that you have made a payment, and then we set the wheels in motion to get your service restored. Typically, once we know your payment has been made, we can get your service turned on within 24 hours.

Note: If you simply submit your payment and do nothing else, your service will be restored when your payment posts to your account. Things like weekends, holidays and after-hour payments could delay this for 72 hours.
