Wondering when you'll see your bill credit?

If you've received your bill and are wondering why you don't see a recent credit or bill adjustment you were expecting, it's probably because the credit hasn't had time to cycle through our systems.

It typically takes 1 to 2 billing cycles -- up to 2 full months -- for a credit to appear on your bill. We know that might seem like a long time. How big the credit is, and where you are at in your billing cycle when the credit was issued, impact how long it takes.

When you spoke with the customer care agent, he or she probably mentioned an approximate date when you can expect to see the credit on your bill. If you don't remember being given a date, chat with us. We're here to help.
