Control Center is a secure proprietary on-line and web-based application that provides instant access and management control over a broad range of CenturyLink National Wholesale products and services.

Wholesale customers will need to only log into Control Center to access its features as well as those of the traditional Remote Control® application. Customers can log directly into Control Center and have access to both Control Center and the traditional Remote Control portal functionality with one seamless login.

Control Center Benefits

Control Center provides the user a comprehensive set of management tools including:

Home Module - The Control Center Home module provides you access to all modules within the system. This module provides you access to Control Center Products & Services, News, access to Help & Training and a link to contacts.

Toll Free Application - The Toll Free Product application in Control Center allows you to view the inventory of Toll Free services associated to your Control Center ID. In addition, you have the ability to run utilization, configuration & summary reports, view & modify existing call plan routes and access repair tickets for your Toll Free services.

Data Application - The Data Product application allows you to manage your domestic Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) and Frame Relay services associated to your Control Center ID. Some of the features available under the Data product include access to inventory, the ability to request & view reports, check alarm status, view network maps, and view/create repair tickets.

Dedicated Hosting (DH) Application - The Hosting Product application allows you to manage your DH (Dedicated Hosting) services associated to your Control Center ID. Some of the features available under the Hosting product include access to inventory, the ability to request & view reports and access to your account information through a Hosting Portal.

Qwest® IQ Net (DIA) Application - The Qwest IQ Net (wholesale version known as DIA) Product application allows you to manage your DIA (Dedicated Internet Access) services associated to your Control Center ID. Some of the features available under the IQ Networking (wholesale version known as DIA) product include access to inventory, the ability to request & view reports, configuration status and the ability to create and monitor repair tickets.

Wholesale Dial Application - The Wholesale Dial Product application allows you to manage your dial services associated to your Control Center ID. Some of the features available under the Wholesale Dial product include access to resource information and the ability to generate & view reports.

Long Distance (LD) Application - The LD (Long Distance) Product application allows you to view a listing of your Long Distance inventory associated to your Control Center ID. You also have the ability to filter and/or download your inventory and the ability to create and monitor repair tickets. In addition, the LD product application provides you the ability to view your Project Accounting Codes (PAC).

eBilling Module - The eBilling module allows you to access your online bills (eBills), specify your delivery options, request and view a history of your charges and add more billing accounts to your Control Center ID.

Ordering Module - The Ordering module allows you to enter and track configuration requests for your internet services, including:

IP Addressing - Allows you to manage New IP Addressing, Return IP Addressing, Multiple Circuit IDs and SWIP (Shared WhoIs Project) Abuse.

DNS - Allows you to manage New DNS, Modify Existing DNS, Reverse DNS, Delete DNS, and check for DNS availability.

Routing - Allows you to add or delete routing configurations for your network.

News Feeds - Allows you to access a news server that will provide a feed to your accounts and configure the news feed CenturyLink provides your servers.

Configuration Requests - Allows you to track the status of your configuration requests.

Repair Module - The Repair module allows you view or create tickets for your products and services that are associated to your Control Center ID.

Note: You can issue repair tickets for only those products supported by the Control Center Repair module, which may include products:

    ATM & Frame (Data)
    DIA
    Dedicated Hosting
    Toll Free
    Long Distance (LD)

Based on the products associated to your Control Center ID will determine the type of repair tickets you will be permitted to create. In addition, you will be able to create repair tickets on a product labeled "Q. Control", this will allow you to enter tickets for any miscellaneous issues with the Control Center tool.

Remote Control® (RMC) Module - The Remote Control (RMC) module allows you to access the traditional Remote Control functionality with one seamless login from the Control Center system. Remote Control provides the user with a comprehensive set of management tools.

Control Center is a complimentary service for Wholesale customers. This service empowers Wholesale customers to manage their business.

Control Center has several user access options available allowing the customer to customize their staff's access.
