Telephone and Internet assistance programs

If you're on a limited income, you may qualify for Lifeline services from CenturyLink. This federal assistance program helps qualified low-income customers save on their monthly local phone service, extending the reach of all the opportunities and security that telephone service provides: connections to jobs, family, and emergency services like 911.

CenturyLink also offers Internet Basics, a Broadband Assistance Plan for qualifying low-income customers.
