Can I change my AutoPay date?

We realize that life happens and sometimes it would be a whole lot easier if you could change your billing date to coincide with when you get paid or when other bills are due.

Unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to change when your bill is due and/or when your automatic payment is withdrawn from your account. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Your AutoPay payment will occur on your bill due date.  Your bill due date can be found on the first page of your bill or in My CenturyLink.
Your AutoPay payment will occur 18 days after your bill date.  The "bill date" is not the due date for your bill, but the date it was issued. You can find this date on the first page of your bill.
