Cancel or reschedule your technician service appointment

Did you know you can use our Service Appointment Manager tool to cancel or reschedule a repair appointment?

If you need to make changes to a technician appointment for repair service, you can do it online! To find your appointment, enter your account number, phone number or order number. You can use the link above or the form at the bottom of this page. You will then be able to see details for any scheduled service visits and make changes. 
 

Important: If you are expecting a technician to install NEW service, you can use the tool to view your appointment, but you must contact us to cancel or reschedule.

Reschedule your repair appointment

You can reschedule your repair appointment up until the original scheduled time. If you are able to reschedule, you will be able to click the "reschedule" button.

  1. You will see a window with a calendar of dates. Available dates will be white squares.
  2. Select a new date and then select a time.
  3. Enter your zip code. This is to add security to help prevent someone other than yourself from rescheduling your appointment.
  4. Click the "reschedule my appointment" button to confirm.
  5. You will see a confirmation and a note saying it may take 15 minutes for our systems to update.

Cancel your repair appointment

You can cancel your repair appointment up until the original scheduled time. If you are able to cancel, you will be able to click the "cancel" button.

  1. Enter your zip code. This is to add security to help prevent someone other than yourself from canceling your appointment.
  2. Click the "cancel my appointment" button to confirm.
  3. You will see a confirmation and a note saying it may take 15 minutes for our systems to update.
