What to expect for your technician appointment

Have you scheduled a CenturyLink technician appointment? Here's what you can expect.

Appointment notifications

If you've scheduled a technician appointment for repair or installation, in most cases you can expect to receive these notices:
 

  • Confirmation of the appointment soon after it's scheduled
  • A reminder the night before
  • An alert once the technician is on the way
  • Notice that the technician has arrived at your home

Be sure to provide a good phone number for text messages or an email address to get these notices.

Manage your appointment online

For all technician appointments, you can view the details using the Service Appointment Manager. 

 

For repair appointments, you can also make changes to the appointment online using the Service Appointment Manager.

 

At this time, you will need to chat with us to reschedule an appointment for new service installation.
