Expecting a CenturyLink technician? Find out when they'll arrive.

If you are expecting a CenturyLink technician at your service location today, you can use the Where's My Technician tool to find out when to expect the visit.

You will be asked to provide the following information in order to determine the technicians estimated time of arrival (ETA):

  • Your state
  • Your phone number, repair ticket number, or order number

An ETA is only provided on the same day the technician is scheduled to arrive. For non-same day requests, the Where's My Technician tool will provide the scheduled appointment window.
