How to unlock your email account
If you try to log into your CenturyLink.net account and enter the wrong username and/or password too many times, the system will temporarily lock you out.
If this happens, even if you enter your correct username and password, you still won't be able to access your account. We do this for security reasons. We don't want fraudulent users to have unlimited attempts to guess your password.
