As an administrator, you can route how calls are distributed to members of the hunt group. Select from two options for how you want your phones to ring:
When a call comes in, you can have all hunt group members' phones ring at the same time.
To have phones ring all at once:
2. Click the Advanced Services tab.
3. Click Auto Attendants
4. Click Hunt Groups
5. From the Actions list, select Edit Service
To have the members of the hunt group phones ring in a specific order, you will need to turn on one at a time call routing and identify the order in which the phones will ring.
