Turning Do Not Disturb on and off

Use the Do Not Disturb feature if you’re in a meeting, don't want to be interrupted, or going home at the end of the day. When Do Not Disturb is turned on, calls go directly to your voicemail until you turn off the feature.

Turn Do Not Disturb on

When you're busy and don't want to be disturbed, turn on this feature.

To turn Do Not Disturb on:

  1. Log in to the SIMPLE end user portal.

The Voicemail tab opens.

  1. Click the Call Settings tab.

    The Incoming Calls tab opens.
  1. Change the Do Not Disturb toggle to on.
  1. To hear a short ring to remind you Do Not Disturb is on when you receive a call, select the Use ring reminder checkbox.
  1. Click Save.

Turn Do Not Disturb off:

When you're ready to take calls again, turn off this feature.

To turn Do Not Disturb off:

  1. Log in to the SIMPLE end user portal.

The Voicemail tab opens.

  1. Click the Call Settings tab.

    The Incoming Calls tab opens.
  1. Change the Do Not Disturb toggle to off.
  1. Click Save.
