SIMPLE voicemail

Use the SIMPLE voicemail tab to manage your voicemail messages and greetings.

  1. Move the Voicemail Service toggle to "on" or "off"

  2. If you want to send calls to voicemail without the ability to answer them, select the Send all calls to voicemail checkbox. We do not recommend you turn this on.

  3. By default, the When busy, send calls to voicemail and Send unanswered calls to voicemail checkboxes are selected. We recommend you keep these features on.

  4. Click Save

  1. Scroll down to the Greetings section.

  2. From the If busy use greeting from list, do one of the following:

    • Select System if you want to use a message provided by the system.

    • Select Personal if you want to use your own message, then click Browse to upload a WAV file of your recording.
  1. From the If unanswered use greeting from list, do one of the following:

    • Select System if you want to use a message provided by the system.

    • Select Personal if you want to use your own message, then click Browse to upload a WAV file of your recording.
  1. Click Save.

You can listen to your voicemail messages online.

  1. Choose one of the following:

    • To listen to new message, click a name in red.

    • To listen to a message again, click a name in black.

You can sort messages in ascending or descending order by clicking column the headings.


To download one message, open the message by clicking the up arrow, then click Download.

To download all of your messages, from the More Options list, select Download All.

The exact process for downloading the file will vary depending on your operating system.


  1. Scroll down to the Notifications toggle and move it to "on".

  2. Select the Attach new voicemail messages and send via email checkbox.

  3. In the Set email address field, type the email address(es) or distribution list(s) you want to send the voicemail message to.

  4. Click Save.

To delete one message, click the trash can icon.

To delete all messages, from the More Options list, select Delete All.
