Puerto Rico Subscriber Rights

Pursuant to Acts 213-1996 and 33-1985, every customer has the right to file a claim or object to an invoice or any portion thereof, by providing notice of the disputed amount, twenty (20) days from the date the invoice was sent. First, you shall file a claim or object to CenturyLink by calling 800-244-1111 or in writing to 100 CenturyLink Drive, Monroe, LA 71203. If you do not pay or object to an invoice within twenty (20) days, CenturyLink can suspend, disconnect or terminate your services. The objection of a charge does not release the customer’s obligation to pay undisputed amounts. If you do not agree with the resolution of a claim, you are entitled to request review by the Puerto Rico Telecommunications Board (NET), within thirty (30) calendar days from the notice of the claim’s disposition, by calling 866-578-5500 / 787-722-8606 / 787-756-0804. You can also send an email to: querellasnet@jrsp.pr.gov, send a letter to: División de Querellas del NET, 500 Ave. Roberto H. Todd, (Pda. 18, Santurce), San Juan, PR 00907-3941 or visit the offices of the NET at 500 Roberto H. Todd Ave., Pda. 18, Santurce.
