Forgot your My CenturyLink username or password?

Not to worry — we can help retrieve your username or reset your password.

If you're not sure why you can't sign in, here's what to do:

  1. Request your username, which will be sent to the email address on your account.
  2. Set a new password by entering your username.

Can't remember your username?

If you can't remember your username, just enter the email address associated with your My CenturyLink account here and we'll send your username to you by email.

Can't get into your email?

Don't remember which email address we have on file for your account? Or are you entering your email and it's not working? Sometimes people open their account under an old email address, then later lose access to it or forget which one they used. 

Whatever the reason, if your email isn't working, you will have to contact us and we can help reset the email address and get you your username.

Can't remember your password?

If you can't log in, start by taking another look at your username. In many cases, your username will be your email address. Try using that for your username and enter the password again.

Still not working? We can help you to reset your password. But because your password is essential to keeping your account information secure, we have to ask you for additional security information first.

You'll need:

  • Your My CenturyLink username
  • Your security answer or security code (depending on which one we have on record)
  • We may also ask for your account number, which you can find on one of your bills
Important! After you request a password change, we'll send you an email. Follow the instructions there to complete the password reset.
