My CenturyLink menu

The home page is the first page to appear when you log into My CenturyLink. On this page you'll get a quick view of your account and services, including your most recent billed amount, AutoPay information if applicable, a link to view your current billing statement, and a few other links to top topics.

You'll find all of your billing, payments, and statements in the My Bill section. On the left side of the screen you'll see your current billing statement and an option to download previous statements. 

On the right side of the screen you'll see your payment history and billing preferences. 

The My Products section will show you details about your CenturyLink services - internet, home phone, and television. It will also provide you links to top support topics for these services.

My Support will connect you to the CenturyLink residential support center, where you can search for your specific question or browse by topic.

The My Settings section shows a snapshot of all your account information - contact, notification settings, and billing and payment details. This is the section where you can make changes to any of this information.
