If you forgot your login credentials, you can retrieve your username or reset your password by email.

Forgot your username

If you can't remember your My CenturyLink username, you can request to have it sent to you by entering the email address associated with your My CenturyLink account.

Forgot your password

If you forgot your password for My CenturyLink, you can reset it. To keep your account and personal information secure, you'll need to provide:

  • Your My CenturyLink username (see above if you've forgetten it)
  • Your account number (if needed, you can have it emailed to you)
Once you request a password change, we'll send you an email. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the password reset.
