Can't sign in to My CenturyLink or the app

You can retrieve your username or reset your password for My CenturyLink online or the app. Note that your username and password should be the same for your online account and the app. 

Please note, this article relates to the username and password for My CenturyLink, our online billing and accounts system.

Forgot your username

If you can't remember your username for My CenturyLink, you can have it sent to you at the email address associated with your account. Simply click the button here or when you open your app.

Forgot your password

If you forgot your password for My CenturyLink, you can reset it. To keep your account and personal information secure, you'll need to provide:

  • Your username (see above if you've forgetten it)

  • Your account number (if needed, you can have it emailed to you)

Once you request a password change, we'll send you an email. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the password reset.
