Turn Remote Office on and off

You can turn the Remote Office feature on when you need to use an alternate phone, such as your mobile or home phone, as your business phone. When the feature is on, you can make and receive calls as if you’re in the office, and your office number will appear in the caller ID.

To turn Remote Office on or off:

  1. Click the Call Settings tab. 

    The Incoming Calls tab opens.
  1. Scroll down and change the Remote Office toggle to "on" and proceed to step 5 to set the number you want to forward calls to. To turn the feature off, change the toggle to "off."

  1. In the Set number field, type the number for the remote phone. 
  1. Click Save
