Viewing a list of schedules for your company

After your system administrator creates schedules for the company you can view them in a list.

To view the list of schedules for your company:

  1. Log in to the SIMPLE end user portal.

The Voicemail tab opens.

  1. Click the Call Settings tab.

    The Incoming Calls tab opens.
  1. Click the Schedules tab.
  1. Click the AUTOATTENDANT-BUSINESS-HOURS up arrow to see the schedule managed by your company’s system administrator.
