Tariff Library

This website provides access to both current and legacy service information, including tariffed and formerly tariffed offerings. While the tariff documents available here are electronic versions of filings submitted to federal and state commissions, they are not considered official records. Customers should use them for reference only and assume responsibility for any reliance on these electronic formats.

The site also includes price lists, Local Terms of Service, catalogs, and other service-related documents that reflect deregulated offerings. These materials are maintained by CenturyLink’s Public Policy and Compliance team and are updated regularly to ensure accuracy and transparency.

Tariffs, Service Agreements, Price Lists, and more

This site provides access to various documents that outline rates, service descriptions, regulations, and terms and conditions for the Company’s telecommunications services. Here's how each document type differs:

Tariffs. Tariffs are formal filings submitted to state public utilities commissions (for intrastate services) or the Federal Communications Commission (for interstate and international services). These documents are regulatory in nature and govern services that are still subject to commission oversight.

Local Terms of Service, Guidebooks, Service Guides, Price Lists, Schedules, and Catalogs. These documents are not typically filed with commissions but are published on the CenturyLink Tariff Library website to ensure transparency for customers. These documents support services that have been deregulated and are maintained for customer awareness.

Service Agreements. These are contractual documents that define the general terms and conditions for services not governed by a filed tariff. They include Subscriber Agreements for non-tariffed products and services and are available on the Service Agreements section of the site.
