If you're having trouble making your payments, there are a few ways CenturyLink might be able to help.

1. Set up a payment plan to make it easier to pay your next bill.
 

2. Consider downgrading your speed for a while to get a lower monthly bill. Contact us to change your plan.

3. While it may not be an ideal solution, you could pause your service for some time.

CenturyLink participates in government programs for lower-income households. There are currently two programs that qualifying customers can apply for.
