Understanding your bill

If you'd like to know more about your bill, we can help. We've put together a short, 3-minute video that explains, among other things:

  • Sections of your bill (e.g., summary, itemized breakdown)
  • Location of specific account info (e.g., account number, bill date, due date)
  • Why your first bill might be higher than you expected.
