Convenience fee

CenturyLink partners with Speedpay to allow one-time bill payments using a debit or credit card.
 

Speedpay charges a fee for one-time payments. This transaction fee goes directly to Speedpay, and is applied in addition to any fees charged by your financial institution.

Avoid a convenience fee: Electronic payment by check, auto-payment plans, and an automated non-credit card payment system via telephone.

Effective March 17, 2023, the convenience fee charged by Speedpay for one-time debit/credit card transactions will be as follows:

 

Fee Description
$3.50 One-time self-service payment (My CenturyLink, automatic phone, or Quick Bill Pay)
$9.95 One-time payment by any method made with the help of an agent by phone or chat
