Use My CenturyLink to check your order status

When you sign in to My CenturyLink online or on the app, you can find details about your new order:
 

  • The services you ordered
  • Your order status
  • Your service start date and an option to change it
  • Your modem delivery date and tracking number

How to download CenturyLink Security by McAfee

Once your internet is connected, you can download CenturyLink Security by McAfee. This program provides protection against malware, viruses, unsafe web sites, and other online threats.

  1. Sign in to My CenturyLink from the device on which you want to install McAfee.

  2. Go to the Services page, scroll down, and click on the "Download McAfee" button. This will launch the McAfee site in a new browser tab or window. Note that you must have pop-up blockers disabled for this step. You’ll see two options on the McAfee page: "Download" or “Send Link.”

  3. Click the Download button and follow the instructions to install the program on your device. This will download the program and the activation code all in one step.
