Assigning members to a hunt group

As an administrator, you can select individuals from a list to add to a hunt group to answer calls.

To assign a member to a hunt group:

  1. Click the Advanced Services tab. 
  1. Click Auto Attendants
  1. Click Hunt Groups
  1. From the Actions list, select Edit Service
  1. Click the Phones tab. 
  1. Click the Find and Assign field, from the list, select the phone numbers you want to add to the hunt group.
  1. Click Save.
