SIMPLE My Apps tab

Use the SIMPLE My Apps tab to download BroadTouch PC and mobile versions.

 

For either download option, the first steps are to log in to the SIMPLE portal and click on My Apps. If you've been given a license to download, you'll see that option available.

How to download BroadTouch for PC

In the Desktop Software section, click Download and follow the steps for your operating system. You'll need to log in after completing the download. Use the same username and password you use to log in to the SIMPLE user portal.

How to download BroadTouch for mobile

  1. In the Mobile Software section, click Copy Link for the operating system you use.

  2. Enter UC-One Carrier Connect in the app store search field and click Install. Follow the steps based on your operating system. You'll need to log in after completing the download.  Use the same username and password you use to log into the SIMPLE user portal.
